For nutrition coaching, our process begins with one week of food tracking to establish a baseline. From there, I will provide personalized macro recommendations for you to track and log daily. Weekly check-ins allow us to make necessary adjustments and discuss your progress and objectives for the following week. While I offer food suggestions, please note that I do not provide a detailed meal plan. This approach highlights the flexibility and effectiveness of macros.

1-ON-1 TRAINING STARTS AT $220/MONTH.

This is for the woman who’s already mentally strong from juggling work, kids, and co-parenting—and now wants her physical strength to match.

Inside the Club, you’ll get:

  • A structured, progressive strength training program (moderate to advanced)
  • 3–4 full-body workouts per week designed for gym or  home  with equipment
  • Emphasis on compound lifts, functional strength, and feeling badass
